At Country Community Care, we recognise that each participant has a unique set of limitations and needs, so we tailor our programmes to meet their needs as well as those of their family. Understanding NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) aims to provide to all Australians the support that they need for people who have permanent and significant disability, from aged 65 and below, with the reasonable and necessary support they need to live an ordinary life.
You can get paid services from registered NDIS providers like Country Community Care if you are an eligible participant under the NDIS.
