    National Disability Insurance Scheme

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) allows eligible disabled people to gain more time with family or friends. They enable participants to live with greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteer work in their community, and improve their quality of life. NDIS works to give people with disabilities a more equitable and long-lasting future through individualized, goal-oriented care plans as licensed NDIS providers

NDIS providers for household activities will assist participants with any everyday living issues they may face. NDIS service providers will assist participants with household tasks that have been difficult for them. Individuals who require daily activities, duties and supervision are eligible for NDIS accommodation. This assistance is designed to help participants live and work independently while still developing abilities. Individuals who qualify for supported independent living receive these services.

At Country Community Care, they recognize that each participant has a unique set of needs and limitations, so they tailor programmes to meet their needs and those of their family. They provide NDIS support services to individuals with disabilities as an authorized NDIS provider. The NDIS can provide information and help connect people with disabilities, their families and carers to community and other government services.
